The technician Kareem was great! He explained their policies and he was compassionate and had good customer service skills. I actually feel sorry for him because I hate it when great people have to represent poor companies and brands. My Kenmore fridge is under warranty for the compressor (10 years) which means nothing because Sears won’t work on it. The compressor is by LG and they sent me back to Sears so how do I get the money that I’m owed for replacing my own compressor or buying a new fridge??? Your guess is as good as mine because the loop between the warranty line and the service line is never ending and when the people get tired of talking they just send you to AI…one lady even added insult to injury and gave me the number for med alert (she should be fired). The cherry on top is that I still had to pay the $129 today but I’m coming back for everything I’m owed!
