I had a great experience with SmartFix Appliance Repair thanks to Valerii. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and super helpful from start to finish. The issue we were having with our dryer ended up being something simple, but he still took the time to explain everything clearly and pointed out things we should watch for in the future. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond—he actually took the entire dryer apart and cleaned the inside for us at no additional cost. That level of care and honesty is rare. He was also quick, affordable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. At one point he even offered to help my mom and me put together a clothing rack we were struggling with building (we declined, but the offer alone says a lot!). I would absolutely recommend Valerii and SmartFix Appliance Repair to anyone who needs appliance repair. Honest, professional, and truly helpful service.

I thought I would have to replace double oven doors due to interior glass stains, but William cleaned them and gave tips on what caused the issue. I even feel that I could perform this task should it happen again.
