Responded quickly but was not able to fix it

The issue with the dishwasher was fixed.that being said we now have challenges with closing the dishwasher due to how it was placed back.

Five stars because the technician who came to our home was excellent. No stars for your abysmal customer service both online and on the telephone. Thus the average is about three stars. If it weren’t for the fact that we bought an extended warranty that requires that we use A&E we would not choose to use a company whose customer service representatives are so poor at being helpful, and whose system makes it almost impossible to reach a live person.

Repairs haven't been completed. Haven't been informed as to status of parts order**HAS TO BE ORDERED THRU SEARS!!! Can't get in touch with or receive a response from service contractor. It's been 7days. Two stars are too many as of this date

The mechanic did not run diagnostic on my machine whatsoever he didn't even pull the washing machine out and check and see why it was leaking all he did was turn it on put some water in it and then make it emptied out he didn't do nothing to my satisfaction and I think it's wrong for me have to pay all that money for nothing he didn't do anything that he should have did and I think someone needs to talk to him about doing his job correctly at least running diagnostic on the machine and find out what's wrong he didn't even do that and mama said my washing machine is still acting up

I scheduled a regular lawn mower service. 1st time technician Trevor showed up he did not have the parts for a routine service so parts had to be ordered. A few weeks later technician was supposed to come but did not show up. It was rescheduled 3 times (without asking or providing a reason) until technician finally showed up while I had multiple useless chats and call complaints with an AI customer service bot that is just horrenduously unhelpful. Eventually lawn mower was serviced but few weeks later at first use the lawn mower engine stopped working. Scheduled another visit 2 weeks in advance and confirmed multiple text messages to confirm the appointment but technician Trevor did not show up again. Will never use them again for any services.
