Screw these people. I've been trying to get them out here for over two months to fix my fridge. First they didn't have the parts. Then the parts were wrong, Then they needed to order new parts. Then the guy's hoses broke and he needed to order new hoses. Now they're saying weather (it's overcast. sorry you can't drive in cloudy weather!) And they apparently do not employ customer service reps anymore. If you try and call, you get caught in an endless AI loop with no help. It's been almost two months. Avoid Sears if you can.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company ghosted me TWICE. I had my fridge stop cooling before hosting my family for a holiday and booked them bc they had next day availability. 8-12 was my window. It was 2pm and the tech never showed up and I have an app so I had to leave. I called to tell them I need to reschedule and they put me for 8-12 two days later. That day comes and it’s 11:45 and I haven’t been assigned a tech and their tracking told me he was to be there 8:45am. He never showed. I called and they told me I’ll have to wait to see if a tech will make it AT ALL. This is after then guaranteeing me to have a first slot when I rescheduled my appointment. They never called me back to tell me if a tech could come. I ended up cancelling and I got a different company to come same day 3 hours later. Don’t trust this company as they don’t follow through. Very disappointed .

Horrible service, needed a rubber boot replacement for front loader Samsung washer gotten a quote for $850 dollars almost the amount I purchase washer for 3 years ago . Did an Amazon research on part ( $36 bucks ) I can’t see how this is a quote is doable for who ? Sears should be embarrassed of this … I have a copy of

Sears cancelled my appointment 4 times day of service. 4 lost days of PTO and no one can help. Customer service is appalling.

He was so late and he didn’t communicate with me at all to inform me. My time given for his arrival was from 8 to 12 which changed several times online. He arrived close to 4:00pm. I called customer service several times and they were no help. I was basically told these things happen and I just had to wait. I am well aware but if that had simply been communicated with a phone call I could have gone about my day differently. This repair started in June and I have been very patient about it.

I scheduled a dryer repair. I waited a week for Sears Home Services to procure the dryer belt to complete the repair. They canceled the follow up appointment a few hours before it was scheduled because they couldn’t get the dryer belt. Over the next 3 weeks they could not get the part even though I bought one on Amazon for 1/3 of the price they charged me (I prepaid). It is now over 3 weeks later and Sears Home Services has not completed the repair. All efforts to contact them lead to badly programmed AI or Asian call centers where the scripts provided are too weak to help. You will NEVER talk to a human being again after beginning an appointment with them. I will never use Sears Home services again. Neither should you.

Scheduled a repair for my fridge. The online scheduler shows they had an opening today from 1-5pm so I booked it. Then came all of the texts and emails confirming my appointment and asking me to sign up for the Sears home warranty program. Didn't mind those, but then I kept getting texts telling me the repair was delayed until later in the evening. At 6pm, my appt was rescheduled for next week. Cancelled it and called somebody local to fix my fridge.

Waited 6 days for my appointment and then they cancelled the same day and requested that it be rescheduled 10 days from now. Way to long to fix a faulty appliance.
