After over two months with a washing machine not working, my persistence won the battle with my Home Warranty Company! They initially sent a Vendor who only performed diagnostics, didn't address the error codes I reported. The second time the same company replaced a part but didn't complete the repair. Same Error Codes so I called again. Still no luck communicating so I threatened to cancel my Home Warranty! They responded by sending Sears Home Services! He fixed it! This is the second time in two years that Sears Home Services has come to the rescue for my appliances! I will request them to respond to any future claims!

Even though he said fixing the problem would be more than buying a new fridge he was very professional. Called me half hour before arriving and was right on time. Thank you sir! Would absolutely use them again.
