Responded quickly but was not able to fix it

The issue with the dishwasher was fixed.that being said we now have challenges with closing the dishwasher due to how it was placed back.

Five stars because the technician who came to our home was excellent. No stars for your abysmal customer service both online and on the telephone. Thus the average is about three stars. If it weren’t for the fact that we bought an extended warranty that requires that we use A&E we would not choose to use a company whose customer service representatives are so poor at being helpful, and whose system makes it almost impossible to reach a live person.

Tech was nice and tried to be helpful. But he didn’t fix our problem. He never came inside to even check my HVAC unit in the attic. He said it was an electrical problem and he wasn’t able to fix it. I called another company and they fixed it right away. Had nothing to do with an electrical problem. The just installed a new compressor because the old was broken.

Repairs haven't been completed. Haven't been informed as to status of parts order**HAS TO BE ORDERED THRU SEARS!!! Can't get in touch with or receive a response from service contractor. It's been 7days. Two stars are too many as of this date
