Technician was great. The rest of the process sucked.
Let me start by saying the people in the call center at Sears have no idea what they are doing. First, after a extra week's delay in my part being received from a parts company less than 30 minutes from my house, my services was delayed another two weeks because the call center closed the ticket on my call, without notifying the technician or completing the job. Finally after six weeks, we have gotten heat restored to the 1st level of our house. Again, the technician was fantastic. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. But I would never again recommend Sears to anyone for any kind of repair.

Great customer service!
Raymond was awesome! I only made the appointment this morning, and was lucky enough to get someone out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, told us the options and then fixed it in under an hour. He tolerated my nosey dog checking his work, answered all our questions, cleaned up afterwards and did it all with a smile on his face.
