Jorge was great, dealing with Sears was terrible. Been waiting 5 weeks or so to get refrigerator fixed because Sears WILL NOT TALK TO YOU. They want to type chat and this wrong parts ordered and delayed work. Hated dealing with them. But Jorge was super nice and apologetic.

Service technician was friendly and he took the dryer apart and showed me everything that was wrong with it. I went and bought a Maytag cause the price to fix it was near what I paid for it. I'm thankful though he took the time to come out and be honest with me.
