Greg, our service man, did not even try to look into my washing machine problem. He took one look into my small laundry room and said “I will see what I can do”. He was telling me within two minutes there was nothing he could do. He didn’t even try to help me drain the water out or look to see if it was clogged up! I’m so disappointed with the service and I do not believe I should have had to pay for a “service call” . There was NO SERVICE AT ALL. Total waste of time and money!

It took 6 requests for them to come and diagnose my issue with the hvac system they always was claiming that that they sending Jonathan L but he never showed up but would constantly reschedule my appointment finally someone else was reassigned the appointment by Scott who resolved my issue over a month later.

The tech NEVER came and never called. I wasted $165 dollars and waited all day (8a-5p) for nothing. I want my money back! They messaged me that I would be the last customer on the list .I checked both phones (cell and house) and did not have any missed calls. No voicemails were received. I will never use your company again!

This is horrible company. They have an employee name Jonathan L that supposed to be coming to my house for three weeks and have not gotten here yet. Lied yesterday like he came to my house and fixed my system and I have cameras all around my house there is no signs of him coming to this house. He talked about ordering a part for a system you have not even looked at and not even been at no time near this house to look at a system. I do not care very much for people that lie and steal. He is a piece of s that bad word that I do not want to say. Date of service supposed to be 10/31/2023.
