Drew was very patient and provided details on the how what and why, so that me and my partner could understand what was going on with our gas range. He provided recommendations to alleviate the issue moving forward and ensure that our safety was sustained through testing the equipment and gas levels prior to leaving a few times. I am definitely released of the concerns and feel safer thanks to his work today, I greatly appreciate you Drew!! We are really to cake now 😁

My technician, Drew, was very professional and easy to talk with during his visits. He explained what was going on with my range to the point I could understand. He had to order the parts to fix it and let me know the package would be coming to my house. He was very a knowledgeable, nice and professional technician. Before leaving today he made sure that the range was working properly after putting the new parts in. He is a great representative of your company. Thank you for sending him my way.

Drew was awesome! He gave me a heads up call when he was headed my way and let me know he needed to stop for gas prior to coming out. Once here he got right to work and diagnosed the problem as a simple fix which was reassuring that I wouldn't have to replace my whole compactor unit. Told me how to avoid this problem in the future. While working he left the workspace clean and orderly and put the unit back together better than I had it (I had taken the top panel off to see if anything was jammed) after he was done he wasn't overly pushy about the payment nor did he just bolt out the door once payment was received. Definitely recommend Drew as the go to sears repair guy!
