He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I appreciated his honesty and courtesy upon walking into the home of a frustrated customer. Which was know fault of his.He handled all of this with kindness and thoughtfulness and proceeded with fixing my dryer. It is working once again without noise.

James was great. Friendly and informative. If I need appliance assistance I will definitely go with Sears again. He was able to get my dryer up and going while giving me valuable information about how to preserve the life of my dryer.
