Johnny is an absolute gem! He came to fix our Bosch dishwasher and did an outstanding job—quick, efficient, and spot-on with the diagnosis. This isn't the first time he's saved the day; he's repaired several of our other kitchen appliances in the past with the same level of expertise. Johnny is incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and always takes the time to explain things clearly.
