The tech that came today was great. Finished the job the original repair person didn’t do. The initial service request was on April 30. The parts came in on the 20th of May. We had to postpone it one time but now after several reschedules Drew came and did an excellent job. He needs to be paid for what the company told home would be a 30 min job that took close to 3 hours. I hope he is compensated for the extra work he did. That’s what customer service is about not just trying to get by. Keep up the good work Drew!
