Once the tech arrived he was professional, knew what he was doing n quick...prior to the tech's arrival a bit of chaos...glad it's fixed.

The Tech was very professional. I cannot say the same for the warranty company. My problem is still very much an on going problem. We are not happy about the outcome. Warranty companies that don’t fix problems that are in the scope of the policy but aren’t fixed because we can pass the buck is a big disservice to the customer. I pay the extra cost for the unexpected and to get a oh well is unbelievable.

He Arrived as promised; very courteous, went right to work. For 1st time after 17 yrs, I could not push the replacement filter back into bottom of fridge! He easily inserted filter and now I have ice and cold filtered water🤗 thank you

My technician was great. Somehow there needs to be some adjustments to the existing protocol. To have a technician to respond to your home and find the issue, then have to wait (10) days before repairs are completed is not satisfactory.
