After 2 missed appointment dates, Greg called and let me know he was on his way. After observing my Electrolux front loader, he advised there might be little he could do. Because of some unevenness of the vinyl tiles, and the fact that the washer is on a pedestal, balancing would be difficult to obtain. He moved it slightly until it appeared to be stable, then ran it on the spin cycle.with no laundry inside. Again, it appeared to be stable. I paid by check which he photographed along with my driver’s license. My husband was not comfortable with this procedure. He felt my information could be at risk. We did not communicate this to the technician. Overall, I considered him to be competent and able to explain his processes. Other than my disappointment that the stability fix would not last very long, I was satisfied with his performance.

The technicians are fabulous!! The customer service sucks and the technicians have just as much trouble supposedly reaching customer service as customers do. This will be my one and only time using Sears appliance repair BUT it is no reflection on the repair technicians, it’s the customer service they provide. So kudos on the repair techs you hire, but shame on you for your poor customer service skills. Techs deserve a 5, customer service is a -100.

I waited all day long with no contact until 3:00. I called 4 times. I got a text the technician was on his way and at 3:00 when I called back they said he was in Greensboro which is 35 min away.

The technician, Osei, did excellent work repairing the refrigerator. The Sears Appliance Repair company, however, was horrible. Endless texts and emails that made no sense, they didn’t know where the parts needed were delivered and thought we had them (we didn’t) and kept pushing back our repair date. We went over a month without our refrigerator and no offer of compensation was mentioned.

Couldn't be less happy. Absolutely no communication from them to me about the 2 week delay, no way to contact anybody. The technician could have made a simple phone call to let us know what was going on but no. Wouldn't recommend this service at all.

Garbage. Called them to repair a dishwasher. They came out and quoted the repair. I agreed and paid the bill. The day they were supposed to come back and make the repair they canceled the appointment stating we canceled the service even though I never canceled and I paid the bill. Tried to get hold of customer service and it’s only AI and can’t talk to an actual person. DO NOT USE THIS RIPOFF COMPANY ITS A SCAM. They will charge you and then never make the repair. Now I have to try and fight it through my credit card company. Ridiculous.
