He was horrible...not very knowledgeable...it took two trips to tell me repair wasn't covered under plan

NEVER SHOWED UP. CALLED AT 12:45 TO TELL ME THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 1-1:30. I LEFT AT 2:15 WHEN THE TECH DIDNT RESPOND TO ANY PHONE OR TEXT MESSAGES ASKING WHERE HE WAS. NO LIVE PERSON TO CALL OR CONTACT ABOUT THIS EITHER.

Do not do business with this company. I had to pay an exorbitant price for parts and labor in advance of any work actually being done, and my appliance is stil not repaired because I've been waiting 2 weeks for a part. When I initially contacted them about the missing part, they said 'our records indicate it's been delivered'. When I sent them the shipper's link showing the part status was 'Label created' and was still waiting for them to provide the part, they said they would research and provide me an update. I have contacted them three times since - chat is the only way to reach them - and each time they have said my issue is important, they have notified the appropriate team, and they would contact me with updated information 'as soon as possible'. I have received not a single update. Zero, zip, nada, zilch. It's like dealing with a black hole of incompetence.

Greg was truly unprofessional from the moment he called me to let me know he was coming, and he got worse when he came over. He accused us of being the problem, despite us telling him we didn’t do what he accused us off-especially since this is the 4th time the problem happened (clearly a poorly made washing machine,) and the 3 repairmen through sears before him never accused us of anything-they just fixed the springs. We see now, it’s not the springs, so we asked him for a different answer and he ended up changing the control sensor. Because of how he treated us and raised his voice, we would NOT hire him again.
