Bosch dishwasher door
Jim tried to fix this using parts from a GE dishwasher because parts for the Bosch don't exist anymore. The door is not fixed. I'm hoping we can find a solution other than replacing it. The washer works fine. The problem was two pieces of plastic holding the springs in place broke. Jim told me that Sears would continue to look for the correct parts or a workaround. Outside of not being able to get a live person to respond to my messages, my experience with Trever was fine. He called plenty of time ahead of his visit, was polite and set right to his work.
