Internal Refrigerator Water Leak
Randall did an excellent job repairing our refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the leaks. He explained the repair procedure and what he attributed the problem to. He's very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for a job well done.

Compressor failed in refrigerator
Both technicians were great but timing was poor. It took about a week to get the first technician out to determine the compressor had failed and then almost 3 weeks to get Lawrence (second technician) out to install the compressor. The compressor was mailed to our house in 2 or 3 days after the first assessment. To be without a refrigerator for almost a month when it is covered by a 5 year protection plan is not responsive.

Great service today
Been trying to get the right parts for my vent hood for over a month. First they came to asses the problem, but ordered the wrong parts, those parts came and went, someone ordered new parts, waited for them to arrive then finally…. today all got fixed! Bryan did a great job!!
