On time, quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. The thing I appreciated the most was that they WERE NOT wearing strong fragrances. I have a fragrance sensitivity, and I am typically left with a headache and smelly apartment when outsiders come around; they deserve kudos!!

The technician Nick and trainee were great. Nick has done repairs for us before and is so knowledgeable!! The technician is great however the repair prices not set by him of course but by the company are too expensive. It is almost as high as a new appliance.
