William arrived on time after informing us of his estimated time of arrival. He was friendly and very helpful in helping us troubleshoot. The perceived problem with the cooktop. He explained some of the nuances of the cooktop and demonstrated that all the burners were functional following the completion of his work. . we were very grateful and appreciative of his time, demeanor and expertise.
