Bryan was great!! The company took all summer to get the washing machine repaired because they had to try 4 different parts and of course one was on back order so I spent most of the summer without a washing machine and 3 Grandchildren staying with me.

Good I appreciated him finding the true problem. The replacement part ordered, put in, was not needed. I appreciated the 20 minutes arrival notice.

Called in for an oven not working and oven door handle coming loose. 1st Tech came and diagnosed issue as bad igniter so ordered the part. 2nd appointment scheduled to install once part arrived. A different tech came this time and he replaced the igniter. Both techs were prompt and professional but the oven door handle didn’t get tightened or replaced. Not sure if AHS corp deemed that part unnecessary or if something got lost in translation between the 2 visits/2 techs and handle was just forgotten about?

He called to give his estimated time and he arrived punctually. Was very professional and friendly. He installed the panel on top of the gas stove. He checked it out make sure that everything worked. We were very pleased with his service
