Scott completed the work as planned. Not his fault, but I waited two entire days for this repair when no one showed up for the appointment. The problem exists because Sears gives a window of 8 am-5 pm and no phone or email means to contact. So for two full 9 hour days I waited for nothing to happen. This is not good business/-had I not prepaid, I would have cancelled the job. However, Scott did arrive and completed the work to my satisfaction. He gets a 5-star rating. Sears gets a 1-star rating for its work in getting parts delivered to my home for the job. Certainly Sears can figure out how to communicate with its customers.

Bryan was great!! The company took all summer to get the washing machine repaired because they had to try 4 different parts and of course one was on back order so I spent most of the summer without a washing machine and 3 Grandchildren staying with me.
