Lawrence was a great technician. He even took the time to show me how to set my thermostat for automatic. I’ve asked other techs how to set it. They just said that I should switch between heat and cool myself. I paid for the thermostat to keep my house temperature regulated. So why should I have to,, Thanks again Lawrence, I will see you in the spring.

Sorry system you have for getting a schedule to work for your customers. The guy that came today was excellent. Very professional and pleasant attitude. Pay him more money. He is well worth it.
