I waited all for an appointment to have my washing machine looked at just to sent a message at 430 saying they weren't gonna make it!!! Also there is no chance of speaking to anyone, its all AI. Please dont waste ypur time

My technician, Robert was great, nice and knowledgeable even though he couldn’t work on my machine. However, the process to get to that point was absurd. I was given less than 24 hours notice of the appointment, a window from 8-5, and no indication of when the technician would show up. I had a few conflicts that I couldn’t cancel and I couldn’t reschedule the tech because it was less than 24 hours before the appointment. I called all of the support numbers that I could but was always routed to the same machine that gave me no options, certainly no options to speak to a person. It was literally impossible to get a person. I had no idea when the tech would show up. Fortunately, Robert texted me before he was coming but, of course, it was going to be during my doctor’s appointment. He was kind enough to wait for me. I have no issues whatsoever with the service I received from him. However, Sears needs to change a lot about this process.

We had a repair technician come out to fix our refrigerator, he replaced the fan but not the part that was making the noise.

Appointment scheduled through GE. Did not show day of appt and rescheduled for next day. At end of next day they did not come and rescheduled for the following day. The following day the technician called and let me know that since the refrigerator had a previous repair they could not work on it so service was cancelled. Pathetic

First, someone was supposed to come out 3 days ago after 10:30 am. Well they came around 9:am and I was not home. This is why I had scheduled for 10:30 Or there after. Finally, after up teen phone calls to Sears repair service I was rescheduled for Monday wasn’t sure what time finally I received a call saying that the technician would be here within the hour. The technician pulled some lent from dryer hose behind dryer that was it. My dryer still does not dry the clothes. I paid $119.00 and dryer still doesn’t dry.

Service window from 8 am to 5 pm (which is already a problem - how can the service window be that broad?), there was absolutely no same-day communication to narrow down the time of service and the tech did not arrive before 5 pm. Customer service was professional but still tried to upsell me.
