Johnny was great! He took the time to explain things that I can do to make the washer run more efficiently. He was very pleasant and I felt very good about his explanations of things. He is one of the best technicians that I have ever experienced.

Drew was great! We know it took several trips to get it resolved but it wasn’t on account of him. Our only complaint is of the “Richard” AI, it never seemed to catch up or be correct on what was happening. On multiple occasions it would offer earlier times and no matter what I responded with, it would not accept the update.

Drew was my technician, he was thorough, He took his time trying to find the problem with my dish washer within 30 minutes and he did. Not only was he thorough but he was very prompt and very professional.

Technician, Greg, was fantastic! Great communication, knowledgeable, relatable and reliable! Did a great job and explained things very well. The appointment process was not great. We were told we had an appointment over a week ago and it never happened. When the new appointment was scheduled, we got lots of texts to confirm and there were a lot of updates. That makes me even more sure that the first 'appointment' did not exist. No texts or communication about the first one but a lot for the others. Washing machine is fixed and working well and, Greg did a great job.
