Drew was my technician, he was thorough, He took his time trying to find the problem with my dish washer within 30 minutes and he did. Not only was he thorough but he was very prompt and very professional.

Technician, Greg, was fantastic! Great communication, knowledgeable, relatable and reliable! Did a great job and explained things very well. The appointment process was not great. We were told we had an appointment over a week ago and it never happened. When the new appointment was scheduled, we got lots of texts to confirm and there were a lot of updates. That makes me even more sure that the first 'appointment' did not exist. No texts or communication about the first one but a lot for the others. Washing machine is fixed and working well and, Greg did a great job.
