Thank you SEARS for contracting with AHS warranty and sending Drew our way! He's the kind of professional I would call for any appliance need. Other appliance repair companies would have tried to sell me a new dishwasher rather than fix our trusty 1981 KitchenAid Dishwasher. He knew we did not want a newer unit (because they don't build them like they used to) so he took the time to diagnose and find the right part to get it back up and running in no time! He fixed our 44 year old dishwasher! Tell me another appliance guy who can do that.....GREAT JOB DREW! Thank you so much!

He was very thorough in diagnosis the problem. He quickly determined that I only had a dirty compressor and only required a good cleaning to fix.

Was very helpful & considerate of our needs. Only drawback is communication is not the greatest. Website doesn't update on when to expect technician to come. Had to call numerous times just to get him to at least call w/and approximate time frame, but he was great.
