Very professional but water not filling ice maker before or after paying 129.00 technician left without any water, filling the ice tray, And I am unable to talk to a human being and will have to wait another week to get somebody back in here for another $129

Seemed a bit expensive but tech was totally transparent with cost after diagnosing the problem so I could decide. Fast, efficient, scheduling was easy and communication was excellent. Osei did a great job!

The main technician (Raymond) was relatively new and had good general knowledge of procedure and technique for the stove repair. The veteran coach (Johnny) gave several tips that enhanced the quality of the work, which Raymond immediately understood and applied. He is well on his way to becoming an excellent technician.

I waited all for an appointment to have my washing machine looked at just to sent a message at 430 saying they weren't gonna make it!!! Also there is no chance of speaking to anyone, its all AI. Please dont waste ypur time

My technician, Robert was great, nice and knowledgeable even though he couldn’t work on my machine. However, the process to get to that point was absurd. I was given less than 24 hours notice of the appointment, a window from 8-5, and no indication of when the technician would show up. I had a few conflicts that I couldn’t cancel and I couldn’t reschedule the tech because it was less than 24 hours before the appointment. I called all of the support numbers that I could but was always routed to the same machine that gave me no options, certainly no options to speak to a person. It was literally impossible to get a person. I had no idea when the tech would show up. Fortunately, Robert texted me before he was coming but, of course, it was going to be during my doctor’s appointment. He was kind enough to wait for me. I have no issues whatsoever with the service I received from him. However, Sears needs to change a lot about this process.
