Technician, Greg, was fantastic! Great communication, knowledgeable, relatable and reliable! Did a great job and explained things very well. The appointment process was not great. We were told we had an appointment over a week ago and it never happened. When the new appointment was scheduled, we got lots of texts to confirm and there were a lot of updates. That makes me even more sure that the first 'appointment' did not exist. No texts or communication about the first one but a lot for the others. Washing machine is fixed and working well and, Greg did a great job.

Romero was very polite and professional. He laid out all of my options and it was obvious that he knew his stuff. Unfortunately, my machine had outlived its life. The repairs were more costly than a new machine. We certainly got our money’s worth out of our washer!
