I have had a lot of Service People come into my home to Service many of my applications; however I have never had such a polite and caring individual as the gentleman that served my refrigerator/freezer that came into my home today. You need more people as him. If I could give him a 10 I would. My refrigerator has not starting making ice again, hopefully it is going to take time. Thank you for hiring people like the salesman that came into my home today. Great experience

Thank you SEARS for contracting with AHS warranty and sending Drew our way! He's the kind of professional I would call for any appliance need. Other appliance repair companies would have tried to sell me a new dishwasher rather than fix our trusty 1981 KitchenAid Dishwasher. He knew we did not want a newer unit (because they don't build them like they used to) so he took the time to diagnose and find the right part to get it back up and running in no time! He fixed our 44 year old dishwasher! Tell me another appliance guy who can do that.....GREAT JOB DREW! Thank you so much!
