Phil was kind and polite. He gave me good advice since the potential part that is not working is no longer available. He did give me a coupon from Sears/Best Buy for a replacement dishwasher.

My dishwasher gave us a list of issues with multiple visits with additional parts, but Jarrod was always great. He’s a wonderful technician. And, my dishwasher is finally fixed like new!
