Raul called before he came. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem and already had all the parts he needed with him. I would totally recommend his services to anyone. Thank you for fixing my dryer!! Keep up the amazing work. You were such a blessing to me today.

Your technicians Raul and Raymond(trainee) were friendly, professional and very efficient. They patiently answered my questions about repairs, estimate for service as well as explaining my options for warranties. I purchased both the repair services as well as a years warranty. I will recommend Sears service to all my friends, family and neighbors. Lastly I think they deserved 10 stars for excellent customer service!!
