Your process for providing the service is great. Very organized. Good service technician. I will not be using you company again simply because your cost is very high. Knowing I was committed to the diagnostic fee of $119. and part cost of $39.32 Tech time to install of 15 min. There was an "unrequested" Clean and maintain fee of $50. Grand total of $397.27 I think you can do better.
