Terence called me when he was about 25 minutes out. He was very friendly and communicated well. Terence was a very knowlegable technician and explained the "possible problems" very clearly. Thanks Terence for doing a great job. I am asking for Terence if we have other problems with our Whirlpool refrigerator. Dan & Barbara
