Technician was very professional and went the extra mile to fix my problem with the central heat system. Would recommend him and Sears to anybody that needs repair work done. Home warranty covered the bill beyond my copay.

Only crap part is the labor is way to over priced. But the tech I had Jonathan as great! Very respectful gave me confidence knowing that my washing machine would be repair and back to work. I’d definitely recommend him
