Terence (the technician) performed all duties in an excellent, timely fashion and was thorough in cleaning up any residue after procedure (s). He gave very extensive and knowledgeable information on maintaining equipment properly. Professional, pleasant, courteous and on time, he is a fantastic example of how service should be delivered to customers. A shining example of professionalism representing his company. Although he was not able to find the problem, he suggested we video it next time. He also didn't charge and said they would come back in 90 days if need be. Very professional!
