Mr. Rachid was very clear and he showed up on time of the same day i submitted my request. I didn't need to follow up on the replacement order. He did the order and called me in couple of days. He is keen to do thing the right way not the easy way. I recommend him.

Terrance provided excellent customer service from the first visit, identified the issues with my refrigerator and advised the noise was related to ice build up and that we had to defrost the refrigerator. We also need to replace a door gasket and put a new water filter. He ordered the part and scheduled the next visit so he would complete the service. He called to advise when he was going to arrive and then fixed everything. He was great. I didn’t have to pay anything as it was covered by my warranty. Great work Sears and Terrance. Very happy with your service.
