MADE REPAIR ORDER GAVE ME A REPAIR DATE, STAYED HOME FROM WORK. GAVE ME A TIMEFRAME 8-5. MORNING OF GIME SAID ARRIVAL 9:15. EVERY HOUR TIME KEPT CHANGING. THEN NOONE EVER SHOWED. TRIED TO CALL ONLY GIVES YOU AN OPTION TO RESCHEDULE, NOT TO TALK TO A LIVE AGENT! NEED TO HAVE A LIVE AGENT AVAILABLE TO FIGURE OUT IF A REAL PERSON IS COMING OR NOT! NOT EVERYONE STAYS HOME ALL DAY. SO, HAD TO MISS 2 DAYS OF WORK TO HAVE THE COME OUT. MY MICROWAVE WASN’T REPAIRABLE. SO NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF SOMEONE REACHES OUT TO ME ON MY CLAIM AND WHAT HAPPENES NEXT.

Nice guy but misdiagnosed my system. The electrician came out and inspected what Richard said was the issue...when in actuality the was plugged in backwards and the system has been running since. When Richard came , for that reason only the system wouldn't turn on. I need a second opinion from a different technician

Richard came to the door, didn't introduce himself, asked if this was jones and then said are you letting me in? It was disturbing for my wife. Then he wanted his service fee without any niceties. Again setting my wife off. Finally, after going to the attic to inspect the unit, he came down and announced the warranty company wouldn't be paying for the repair, loaded up and left. He was highly unprofessional and extremely rude in his approach to the occupants in the house. He is NOT someone I would ever recommend to do any work. He was not interested in my making sure the problem was understood nor did he seem interested in performing any work. According to him, he was only there to assess the issue and NOT perform any repairs. When I attempted to contact Sears, there was no good contact information where I could speak to an actual person regarding the experience or where I needed to go next. I would not recommend this company for any HVAC repairs.

Complete Rip-off and Incompetent Technicians - Stay Away.. Had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. My AC unit was not blowing air, a seemingly simple diagnosis. I expected the tech to report the issue to my home warranty company, Instead the technician reported a personal evaluation of what he described as a failure of maintenance on my part , without completely doing a real technical evaluation, a complete facacation of why my unit fail. Also before the work was completed I was advised that when he finished my home warranty company would not use their money to fix my unit, now I am out of a 100.00 Depots a home warranty that I have been paying 65.00 a month for a year, and I still have to pay another tech to come out and fix my unit, all because a Sears tech decided he would report his personal option to my home warranty company....If you or smart never use this company........What a joke

Waited 3 months for an appointment. Then No Showed. Then shows up, plugs unit in says I’ll call you back in 2 hours to tell me what it’s doing. Then he signs the estimate for us and never showed it to us.
