Richard arrived on time. Was very polite and personal. Also very knowledgeable on diagnosing the problem. Although the problem was not anything pertaing to what he was able to take care of he helped me understand what needed to be done and the proper technician who would be able to help with the issue. Very satisfied.

Great care for your appliances. Repair on dryer, but paid to much for the job and to much for the parts. Fantastic employee. Could have bought a new dryer for $454.85.
