My technician, both the one who diagnosed and the one who repaired were wonderful. Both were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Your AI system on the other hand is horrible. I will probably never use Sears for that reason. It’s one thing to have AI schedule appointments, but when someone has a complaint a computer who keeps trying to reschedule your appointment in error is not who you want to speak to.
