Failed to show up or canceled/ tried to cancel on multiple occasions. Poor communication poor customer service. Has failed on 5 trips to fix the problem. Do not use them. Terrible management and techs oblivious don’t know what they are doing to fix a leaking door on a dishwasher. Tried to say it leaked because of the way dishes were placed inside. What a joke.

This company is ridiculous I've been without a/c for 4 days in the summer in louisiana was told the soonest appointment was 7am and that's what my appointment will be. Wrong. It is almost 5pm and no one is answering calls. Just and email say my appointment was pushed back to 6:45pm-7:45pm with no explanation. Was told technician would contact me hours ago.

Honestly, I don’t know how many “stars “ to leave. First of the all, the “service “ in general, SUCKS !! This was a supposed “warranty” repair on a third party referral service from LG, which took me about 6 weeks just to get the name and number of the company only to find out it’s nothing but, Sears! Then, to have to secure an appointment (unsèen and undiagnosed by Sears, BUT by LG, but no good to Sears). So have to secure payment of $500+ labor for an appointment yet to be scheduled/diagnosed, but then called and another 3 weeks away. Danny arrived, was very very nice and pleasant but I was not thrilled that he was only there to diagnose the problem as as I had already filled out the information online and all details of the frigde online. It was a waste of time . Thi en he had to set ANOTHER appointment for when the pasts came in ANOTHER 3 weeks later. We’ll 3 weeks came, I answered the texts confirming my appointment, bit then at last minute he was cancelling. Right before thanksgiving. Then the following week came. Monday.,. All day. No show. Then he canceled again. By this time it’s another three weeks till he finally comes. I’ve been without my fridge for probably over 2 months. So on Monday he finally gets here to fix it and like always he very nice and very apologetic. He does his work and seems to do it well. Personally, o have no problems with him, other than the cancellation issue. BUT….. as of Wednesday, like he told me to wait a while to put my stuff back in the fridge, to let it come back up to temperature, like I did. So Wednesday I put everything back in the fridge and almost everything but my popsicles in the freezer. It had already made a whole bucket of ice on the door too. So Wednesday night when I went to settle down for the evening, I finally moved my boxes of popcicles from one freezer to the other. So then around 1:30 am when I went to finally climb in bed, I went to get a glass of ice, and noticed two huge puddles of wagon either side of the floor of fridge. I knew exactly what was happening. The whole ice bucket had melted, so I instantly looked in the the freezer drawer to check the state of the the popcicles. They ware in the beginning stages of thawing. So I grabbed as many things I could that weren’t going to melt over night and threw them in the bother freezers. When I got up in the morning, Thursday, everything in the freezer had started to thaw. A pound of hamburger I had in there that was frozen solid when I put it in thereon Wednesday, was more than 1/2 way thawed and starting to turn brown. I had to throw it out. So I lost more food again, that I didn’t expect to lose especially after I had just paid over $500+ for both the fridge and the freezer to go out on me ONCE AGAIN almost 3 months later and STILL no working refrigerator/freezer! But… Danny was a great guy!👍👍

The repair man went to 6072 E Jones Street. The service call was to repair a GE WASHER at 6072 Covington Street. Please have your representative explain to me why he went to the wrong address and repaired a dryer and not a washer?

I would give 0 stars but not allowed apparently!! Never showed!! No call either!! I called and was told I would receive a call within 30 min but never called and never showed!! I received email stating the parts that was ordered was put on and that my appliance runs properly. How is this possible when NO ONE showed up??

This was the 4th time we had an appointment that anyone even showed up and never got a call when they did not. This company provides horrible service to their customers!!!!!!!! It took over 3 months to get our repair done!!!!!!!

This is a sad company. I think it’s past time to get lawyers and possibly the press involved. Premiums are being paid but no service. I’m getting emails of documents that were supposedly signed by us but no one even showed up nor called to give an excuse.
