Washing machine repair was submitted on 10/14…on 10/16 repairman came determined what parts needed & scheduled to be back on 10/30 to complete repair. Parts arrived promptly on 10/23. When “sears” texted to confirm appointment & ask if parts arrived I promptly replied yes READY for 10/30…husband flew home from Texas to be home. Received another Text from Sears…on Sunday 10/29 confirming the 10/30 repair 8am-5pm. On 10/30 at approximately 11 am got a Sears text that Sears rescheduled appointment to 11/6 Today repairman Steve arrived - amazing service - quick professional but unaware why Sears automated service told me repairman had quit…reason for the reschedule Disappointed with dealing with the auto text and people don’t respond when they are canceling g on you.

Pretty happy that the repairman showed up this morning and did maintenance on our refrigerator. A part was replaced. It has been 5 hours since the visit and the unit is NOT COOLING at all.

This is the sixth time they’ve come out to repair my fridge and it’s not repaired yet. Tech has told them it can’t be repaired. So all they do is knock the ice out of the bottom of fridge and roll on. I guess next step is to file a lawsuit.

I was told on the phone 3 separate times that i would not be charged unless there was a problem with my appliance and then they would charge me for the parts and labor. I then get a text from the technician that “they do nothing for free” and it would be $140 for them to just walk into my house. Very unprofessional. I am glad I double checked with my technician because the people on the phone completely misinformed me. Do not use this service.
