The technician, Chance, showed up when he said he would be here, he diagnosed and fixed it within 20 minutes. The factory clamp on the drain hose had detached. I cant thank Sears and Chance enough for the service. It is hard finding someone to even come out here in the middle of nowhere.

This rate is for my technician Christopher not Sears. He was great, fix the other technicians mistakes. He was courteous and fast. As for Sears service I do not care for it. You can not talk to a real person and the service with them is aggravating to say the least.
