Michael came and found that our washing machine could not be repaired. He told us that we would be sent pictures and prices of washing machines for us choose from. We haven't received anything yet.

Ronald stopped by early to service my washer. He had an idea of what the issue was, but needed to run my washer a few times to pinpoint it. He was able to figure out the pump was bad and had a replacement on his van. It was probanly 20-25 minutes from his arrival to him finishing up and leaving. He was a total pro and I'd recommend the service in a heartbeat.
