The service man was nice but he came in and smelled AWFUL and my house was his first stop. He then proceeds to take 5 minutes to look at the fridge and says the water line is frozen and quotes me $1000 for the repairs… I then said I would think about and decide and he said he couldn’t leave without me paying a $150 fee for the $1000 service. I just don’t think $150 was worth it for 5 minutes and no help.

The washing machine is not fixed! The first load I washed tonight after work is just like before the repair was made. The machine did not spin and towels are soaking wet.

Never showed. Automated system sends me in circles, can’t get a human on the phone to find out why automated tracking showed tech arrived and closed work order so I can’t follow up. Worst service I have ever received. I work in the tech service industry and was involved with AI and automation to manage and track service. This experience was terrible.

The washer worked for about two weeks and is down again with same issue lid lock light not coming on so I don't have any way to wash my clothes again 😔 I had to pay another service to come fix it for $ 380.00 because Lowe's warranty people couldn't help me get someone to my house.30 days total without machine.i informed Lowe's on 21 Sept and it's only because I paid for it to be. Don't trust these warranty people.

My machine is still not fixed. My utility room is flooded again and my machine is still showing code 1E. I thought my machine might be fixed before the man left but my machine was still running and when I went back to check on my clothes and there was water everywhere…. I am so upset and I’m not happy at all.
