The washer worked for about two weeks and is down again with same issue lid lock light not coming on so I don't have any way to wash my clothes again 😔 I had to pay another service to come fix it for $ 380.00 because Lowe's warranty people couldn't help me get someone to my house.30 days total without machine.i informed Lowe's on 21 Sept and it's only because I paid for it to be. Don't trust these warranty people.

My machine is still not fixed. My utility room is flooded again and my machine is still showing code 1E. I thought my machine might be fixed before the man left but my machine was still running and when I went back to check on my clothes and there was water everywhere…. I am so upset and I’m not happy at all.

The Sears technician and Sear HWA and CHOICE failed to communicate with the customer regarding what should be done before the refrigerator repair or after. These companies don't care about the customers just to get a salary but failed customers service.

Barry arrived to my home and started troubleshooting the dryer issue. He did an outstanding job completing the repair on the dryer. I will definitely recommend him and Sears team for any repair
