Technician did a wonderful Jobs Professional quick and clean. The Issue for us is the length of time it took to get this repair completed. Hire additional Technicians and let them be trained by the Technician that repaired our Refigerator today! LG has to do better by the Customer .

My confirmed Appointment was between 8a.m.and 3p.m., after waiting around all day for the technician, he did not arrive until 5:40 p.m...did not get a call until 5:30 p.m.
