Our technician was very nice and very knowledgeable about refrigerators and too specifically ice makers! Be it that both ice makers failed at the same time, and the cost of repairs was a shy short of a new refrigerator, we opted for a new refrigerator! During his visit he explained to us the advantages of appliance insurance as did the nice Ai answering technology! We bought an extended warranty at the time of purchase, but the ice makers failed 2 years later! Here we come new refrigerator!
