Your service technician that finally fix the problem was very professional your AI system needs a lot of work. It's cumbersome and cold. This repair started 7 days ago. And your technicians were no show two of those seven days and one cancelation. The forst technician had no clue. She took the dryer apart and then put it back together

My confirmed Appointment was between 8a.m.and 3p.m., after waiting around all day for the technician, he did not arrive until 5:40 p.m...did not get a call until 5:30 p.m.

DO NOT use Sears tech for a washing machine unless you have a warranty. The cost to repair is way too high compared to replacement. I think they know that because i was told five times what the charge was going to be for the service tech to show up.

The repair lady did an excellent job. We watched her send the report to American Home Warranty. AHW says they have not received the report saying the fridge needs to be replaced. HWA has jerked us around for multiple weeks. They say the last guy who came out did not send a report either. He told us he sent it 2 times. We are hoping you can make sure HWA get what they need again to replace our Fridge. Thank You

Technician diagnosed AC problem, quoted an exorbitant price for the fix. Still no AC. Temps above 90 for 5 days. Traveled around 65 miles and noted it could be well over a week for repair!

My appointment set and confirmed for today June 9, between 8- 5. I received an email at 726 this morning stating that the technician was on the way. It's freaking 1719 and I've yet to receive a call or a technician for this service call. You guys need to contract better technicians, my time is valuable just like his/hers. I need to be reimbursed for my wasted day!!
