I had 2 different technicians. Both were great! Customer service was lousy. I was canceled 2 times. One day I was scheduled and no one came. When I called they said a job took longer than planned and he could not complete his route. But I was not informed that he could not come or the reason why until I called. It took a month from the time of my initial visit until my washer was repaired. Not acceptable!
